Ethan Sleeman first joined DFI as a graduate fellow while pursuing a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning at UNC Chapel Hill, and returned to DFI in 2023 as a Real Estate Development Analyst. In the interim, Ethan worked as an affordable housing developer with Halcon Companies, supporting tax-credit and affordable multifamily development projects across the southeast region. He received his bachelor’s in Environmental Geography from Ohio University.
