Frank Muraca joined the Development Finance Initiative as a graduate fellow in 2019 before becoming a full-time team member in 2020 as a Real Estate Development Analyst. As an analyst, Muraca uses data and visualizations to identify community development opportunities for DFI’s clients. Frank received his bachelors from George Mason University and his master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from UNC-Chapel Hill. Prior to graduate school he lived and taught in Jiangsu Province, China.
