Kevin McCarthy joined DFI as a Real Estate Development Analyst in 2025. Kevin holds a master’s degree in urban & regional planning from the University of South Florida as well as a master’s degree in business administration from the Florida State University. He has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) since 2016.
