Matt Crook joined DFI in 2016 and serves as project manager for projects in Concord, Elon, and other municipalities with difficult but visionary development projects. Previously, he worked for a number of startup companies focusing on sustainable enterprise, renewable energy and small business financial consulting. Before entering graduate school, he worked as a product manager and strategy consultant for Navigant Consulting in Washington, D.C. Crook earned an MBA and a BA in political science and city and regional planning from UNC-Chapel Hill.
